Re-upload or copy our videos (in whole or in part) to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or any other platform, website or app — including "compilation", "reaction" or "mirror" channels. Download, rip or record our videos, music or audio by any means, including stream-ripping tools and screen recording. Edit, remix, re-dub, translate or create derivative works from our videos, songs, characters or artwork. Use our Content commercially, including in advertising, merchandise, apps, paid courses, or monetised channels or pages. Use our name, logo or characters in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. Train AI or machine-learning models on our Content, or use it for dataset creation, scraping or automated harvesting.
We're a friendly bunch and genuinely happy to discuss legitimate uses of our Content — for example, educational settings, media features, or commercial licensing and partnerships. To request permission, email copyright@3kkidz.com describing the Content you'd like to use, where it will appear, the duration of use, and whether the use is commercial. Permission is only granted when confirmed by us in writing; the absence of a reply does not constitute consent.
We actively monitor for unauthorised use of our Content. Where we find our videos, music, characters or artwork being used without permission, we may issue takedown requests (including under the YouTube copyright complaint process and the US DMCA), pursue strikes against infringing channels, and take further legal action where appropriate to protect our rights.
Spotted our content somewhere it shouldn't be? Please report it to copyright@3kkidz.com with a link — we really appreciate it. Equally, if you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, contact the same address and we will investigate promptly.
"3K Kidz", the 3K Kidz logo and our character designs are trade names and brand assets of Warehouse Zone Limited. They may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
This website is a simple informational site. We do not require accounts, we do not run our own advertising, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors through this site. If you email us, we use your details only to respond to your enquiry. Embedded third-party services (such as YouTube, if you follow links to our channel) are governed by their own privacy policies — for YouTube, see Google's privacy policy.
Our videos are "made for kids", but this website and our email addresses are intended for parents, carers and business contacts — not for children to use unsupervised.
